BLOOMFIELD, Conn.—As predicted, weather conditions led to the cancellation of the second and final round of the Hartford Invitational. As a result, the tournament was decided soley by the first round scores. The Yale women's golf team placed 8th with a final tournament score of 316(+28). Junior Julie Luo led the Bulldogs, tying for 13th place with a score of 76(+4).

Right behind their teammate, sophomore Beryl Wang and senior Jennifer Peng scored a 77(+5) and 79(+7), leaving them tied for 18th and 23rd place. First-year Gabrielle DeSombre and senior Jayshree Sarathy both scored 84 (+12).

While the Bulldogs were unable to get in a final competitive round before Ivy League Championships, their consistency and power throughout the three spring tournaments will make them major contenders for the top spot.
