Yale Defeats Amateurs in Dominican Republic

La Roma, DR - On Thursday March 16, the Yale Women's golf team squared off against nine amateur golfers from La Roma, Dominican Republic. The match was played in a stable ford format, meaning that players got a certain amount of points depending on how they fared on each hole. The top five scorers on each team were counted and Yale defeated the amateurs 135 to 129.

Yale took the top 3 spots, as Cindy Shin and Lindsay Hong both scored 29 points and January Romero finished with 28.
