Women's Golf in Eighth Place at Penn State

With 639 points after two round of play, the women's golf team stands in eighth place at the Penn State Invitational. Cindy Shin leads all Bulldog golfers with a 74 and an 81, putting her in a four-way tie for 18th place with 165 points.

Jessica Shapiro shot a 76 and an 83 to finish in 30th place with 159 points, while teammate January Romero was right behind with a two-round 160. Rounding out Yale's top four was Lauren Ressler, who shot a 22-over-par 166.

Rollins College leads the Invitational, finishing with 598 points. With an even part 144, Carol Green from James Madison is the top individual player.

The Elis wrap up the tournament tomorrow with a final 18-hole round.
