Dolaman has been a consistent contributer to the Yale team, especially on the beam and the floor with personal bests of 9.675 and 9.775. She has been a member of two Ivy Classic winning teams and helped the Bulldogs to a second place finish at the ECAC Championships for three straight years. Dolaman was named ECAC Scholar Athlete as well as Academic All-American for each of her years at Yale. She has continued to provide depth and consistency for the Yale squad.

Prior to Yale, Dolaman was a Level 10 competitor and alternate to the Junior Olympic nationals in 1997 and 1998. She was the floor champion at the East Coast Classic and the Chesapeake Challenge.
