2014: Competed on the floor exercise and vault for the Bulldogs this season…Finished 17th on the vault at the Ivy Classic with a 9.400…Finished in eighth place on the floor in the New Hampshire dual meet with a 9.425…Set a career-high of 9.750 on the floor in the Ivy Classic to finish in 12th place.
2013: Made her Yale debut after sitting out her freshman season with an injury … Competed on vault and floor exercise in every meet for the Bulldogs … Had a season-best 9.525 on vault against Central Michigan and Maryland … Scored a 9.550 on the floor exercise against UNH and GW, a season-best.
2012: Unable to compete due to injury.
High School: Last competed in 2010, where she placed second on bars at the state championships, sixth in the all-around at the regional championships, and 12th on vault at the Junior Olympic national championships … Spent the 2011 season recovering from shoulder surgery … As a level ten in 2009, was seventh in the all-around at the Florida state championships … Qualified to regionals and to the National Invitational Tournament, where she placed fourth on beam … Trained at Brandy Johnson’s Global Gymnastics.
Personal: Interested in pursuing pre-med at Yale … Lives with her parents Kaki and David Lucas and younger brother Michael … Favorite skills are a Jaeger on bars and an Onodi on beam … Why Yale? “I chose Yale because of the amazing people and opportunities.
