Rodney Gust enters his second season as the assistant coach for the Yale Women’s Gymnastics Team. With more than 14 years of club level experience in Missouri, he brings a great deal of knowledge and excitement to the program.

Gust's efforts as an elite level coach have helped produce two Silver Medalists at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, Greece. He has also coached a member of the 2007 World Championship Gold Medal Team. In addition, his mentoring and coaching skills have helped produce Regional, State and National champions. Many gymnasts, under his direction, have gone on to compete successfully at Division I level collegiate programs throughout the country.
