Harry Rosenholtz, who as recruiting coordinator has played a key role in the team's recent turnaround, enters his ninth year as a member of the Yale staff. Rosenholtz also works with the Bulldog goaltenders and helped Sarah Love set the school record for wins (14), goals-against average (2.25) and save percentage (.931) in a season, breaking records held by All-American Laurie Belliveau. Love graduated as Yale's career leader in save percentage (.915) and goals-against average (2.68).

Rosenholtz was named Associate Head Coach in June of 2002 and plays an integral role alongside head coach Hilary Witt. A USA Hockey Level V master coach, he has conducted countless goaltending clinics throughout North America and in Europe and has consulted for teams ranging from the youth level to the professional arena. He was involved in the Connecticut Youth Hockey program for over 10 years. Rosenholtz, a 1975 graduate of Case Western, resides in Ridgefield with his wife, Heidi.
