Tallied Three Assists In Two Games
NEW HAVEN, Conn. – For the second consecutive week, Saje Brar has been named the Ivy League Rookie of the Week. Brar had a hand in three of Yale's four goals last week.
In a 2-0 victory over Long Island on Thursday, she assisted on the second goal, sending a nice cross to Keri Cavallo, who finished to seal the win.
Against Robert Morris on Sunday, Brar assisted on both Yale goals as the Bulldogs earned a 2-1 victory.
Brar, who has appeared in six games, has four assists on the season, which is second on the team.
In addition, Noelle Higginson, who scored the first goal in the victory over Robert Morris, was named to the Honor Roll.
The Bulldogs (5-2-1) open Ivy League play on Saturday when host Princeton at 4 p.m. at Reese Stadium.
