NEW HAVEN, Conn. - Yale closes out the home portion of its schedule with a game against Quinnipiac on Wednesday night at 7 p.m. at Reese Stadium. The game was originally scheduled for last Wednesday but was postponed for a week.
The Bulldogs (6-7-2) need victories in their final two games to finish with a better than .500 record for the fifth straight season and ninth time in the last 11. Yale ends the season with a game at Brown on Saturday at 4 p.m.
Quinnipiac brings a 9-6-2 overall record to New Haven. The Bobcats finished 3-4-2 in Northeast Conference play. Quinnipiac has three players with at least 10 points. Susan Donovan leads the way with 17 points (7 goals, 3 assists), followed by Kate Lissfelt with 11 (5g, 1a) and Amber Sidoti with 10 (4g, 2a).
Quinnipiac has allowed only 15 goals in 17 games. Sarah Lusto has seen a majority of the action in goal and has a goals against average of 0.50.
