Before Yale: Two-time all-district selection at Sacred Heart Academy… Batted .398 with nine doubles as a senior… All Star selection as a junior and senior…. Team captain in her senior year… Named team rookie of year as a freshman… Coach’s Award recipient as a senior… Helped Sacred Heart to district finals three times… Played club softball for Louisville Magic and Louisville Lasers… Captain of Lasers.

Personal: Taught art & craft classes at Ronald McDonald House… Reading tutor for elementary school age children as volunteer for Every1Reads… Daughter of Jeannie & Jon Lucas.
