Peters had a career high 38 at bats last spring. Against Fairleigh Dickinson, she went 3 for 5 with a run scored and an RBI in Yale's 3-2 victory.
As a sophomore, she was sixth on the team in runs scored with 14 last spring. Her top performance came against Niagara when she tripled, drove in four runs and scored a run.
As a freshman Peters tied for fourth on the team in stolen bases and was seventh in runs scored. Against Sacred Heart she went 1-for-2 with a double and a run scored.
At Glenbard West High School, Peters was named all-conference her last two years after leading the team in batting, on base percentage, hits, runs and stolen bases. She also was an academic all-conference selection.
At Yale she majors in Psychology and resides in Ezra Stiles College. She is the daughter of Wesley and Cheryl Peters.
