Greer Advances to CSA Individual Championships Quarterfinals

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. - Sophomore Logan Greer advanced to the quarterfinals of the Ramsay Cup at the CSA Individual Championships with two victories Friday in Williamstown, Mass.

Seeded No. 4 in the tournament, Greer pulled out a 9-7, 9-3, 7-9, 10-8 win over Christina Matthias in the first round. In the second round, Greer battled back after losing the first game to win the match 6-9, 9-3, 9-3, 9-5 over Katherine O'Donnell.

Greer will face former CSA Individual Champion Lily Lorentzen of Stanford Saturday in the quarterfinals.
