Yale Continues Post-Season Dominance

Michelle Quibell (Atlanta, GA) was rewarded for her stellar sophomore campaign, as she was named the 2003-04 Ivy League Player of the Year. Quibell, who finished the season with a perfect 6-0 record against Ivy opponents, ended the season as the No. 1 ranked player in college squash. In addition to being named Ivy Player of the Year, Quibell was named first team All-American after winning the CSA Individual Championship.

Freshman Catherine McLeod (Auckland, New Zealand) was named the Ivy League Rookie of the Year after posting a perfect 9-0 record. McLeod, who was named first team All-Ivy, finished the season ranked No. 3 nationally and was named first team All-American.

Joining McLeod and Quibell on the All-Ivy first team was sophomore teammate Amy Gross (Bala Cynwyd, PA). Gross posted a 7-1 record en route to finishing with a No. 4 national ranking. Gross, who was 4-0 in Ivy League matches, joined Quibell and McLeod as first team All-American selections.
