MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. -- Yale's representatives at the 2014 NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships wrapped up their events this weekend, with sophomore swimmer Eva Fabian competing in the 1,650-yard freestyle and freshman diver Lilybet MacRae taking part in the three-meter dive.

In the three-meter dive on Friday, MacRae scored a 271.90 in the preliminaries.  Her score was not high enough to break into the final round and she finished in 35th place.  The event was won by Laura Ryan of Georgia, who scored an impressive 423.15 in the final round of dives.

In Saturday's 1,650-yard free, Fabian finished in 35th place with a time of 16:27.07.  The event was won by Britta MacLean of Georgia, who also won the 500-yard freestyle.  MacLean finished in 15:27.84.

Though Yale's season is now officially over, the Bulldogs have a lot to look forward to in the coming seasons, with a lot of young talent among the swimmers and the divers.  The future in the Kiphuth Exhibition Pool is bright for the Bulldogs.
