Kristin Darwin graduated from The John Cooper School (JCS) in
The Woodlands, Texas and was a club member of The Woodlands Swim
Team (TWST). While at JCS, Kristin served as the Senior Class
Vice-President, Captain of the Varsity Swimming and Diving Team,
Business Editor for the Yearbook and was involved in Habitat for
Humanity. Kristin started swimming competitively at the age of 8
and immediately fell in love with the sport. She has been twice
named a Scholastic All-American and was a Southwest Preparatory
Conference Champion her sophomore, junior, and senior year. Kristin
received the Most Valuable Swimmer Award for the JCS Varsity Swim
Team and is proud to have been able to contribute to such a great
team of people. Her strongest events include the 200 butterfly, 200
freestyle and the IMs. At Yale, Kristin hopes to make the most of
the opportunity provided to her by the school's amazing academics
and strong swimming program. She couldn't be happier to be on such
a close-knit team and hopes the next four years won't pass too
quickly!
