Yale Falls to Princeton, Harvard

New Haven, CT - Yale fell to Princeton 237 to 65 and to Harvard 198.5 to 119.5 Saturday and Sunday at home in the dual HYP meet that Princeton won. Senior Caroline Dowd, junior Alexis Mann, and freshman Brittany Iacouzze all took second place finishes in one of their respective events.

In the 100-yard breaststroke, Dowd missed first place by just over a second with a time of 1:05.40. Sophomore Susan Kim finished right on Dowd's heels by earning third place with a time of 1:05.67. Junior Marilee Kiernan earned fifth place in the event.

In the 50-yard freestyle, Mann took second place with a time of 24.22. Iacouzze also came up with another second place finish for the Bulldogs with a time of 4:54.58 in the 500-yard freestyle.

Senior Ali Jones took third place in the 3-meter diving event. Kim also finished in third in the 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 2:18.63.
