Yale captured the Patriot Invitational title on Sunday night at George Mason University's Aquatic & Fitness Center.
The Bulldogs led the invitational after Saturday's events and clinched the win on Sunday. They ended the three-day meet with 770 points. UMBC came in second with 738.50 points and Duke finished third with 691 points.
Moira McCloskey was the Bulldogs top performer on Sunday, as she took home two first place finishes. She won the 100-yard backstroke (56.88) and the 200-yard backstroke (2:01.91).
Yale will be back in the pool on Tuesday when it travels to Baltimore, Md. to take on Johns Hopkins. The meet will begin at 3 p.m.
