No. 40 Yale Defeats Massachusetts
NEW HAVEN, Conn. - In the first of two matches this weekend, the Bulldogs defeated Massachusetts by a 6-1 score at the Cullman-Heyman tennis center. The Bulldogs' victory moves them to a 5-2 record this spring, which has already had its share of strong victories and competitors. Notably, the Bulldogs were invited to compete at the ITA Division I Kickoff Weekend, and defeated No. 47 Utah by a 5-2 margin, which boosted their ITA ranking.
The Bulldogs play again on Sunday morning, taking on the East Tennessee Buccaneers at the Cullman-Heyman tennis facility at 11a.m.
