On Final Day of Dartmouth Invitational, Yale Women Go Undefeated

HANOVER, NH – Sunday, the Yale women's tennis team won both of its matches in singles and extended their team record to 3-0 on the weekend.

Playing on a mixed team with Dartmouth against Boston University, the two Yale representatives at the Dartmouth Invitational won their final matches of the tournament. 

Senior captain Steph Kent played in the No. 2 spot and won her match 6-1; 6-2 against BU's Vivian Laszloffy.  Junior Sarah Guzick won her match in three sets 6-4; 4-6; 6-3 against Amelia Martinez.

Both players finished the weekend with 2-1 records in singles.  The two also played doubles together, finishing with a 1-1 record as the mixed Yale/Dartmouth squad won each of its three matches to finish the weekend as the tournament's best team. 

Yale women's tennis is now done for the fall season.
