Bulldogs Top DePaul, Move to 2-0

New Haven, Conn. - The Yale women's tennis team improved to 2-0 on the spring season with a 5-2 win against DePaul on Sunday on Cullman Courts.

Stephanie White and Olivia Nix came back from injuries that held them out of Tuesday's season-opening win against Quinnpiac and went a combined 3-0 without losing a set for the Bulldogs.

The pair combined for an 8-1 win at No. 3 doubles, and each won in straight sets in singles.

Reshmi Srinath also had a perfect day, winning the closest match of the day at first singles, 7-6, 4-6, 6-3, and teaming up with Rashmee Patil for an 8-2 win at No. 2 doubles. She is 2-0 in both singles and doubles after the first week of the season.

Aimee Kim picked up Yale's other win with a 6-4, 6-2 win at No. 4 singles.

The Blue Demons fell to 3-5 with the loss.
