Yale Falls to Boston University 4-3

Boston, MA - Yale (2-3) dropped its second straight match by losing 4-3 to Boston University (4-2) Sunday in Boston. The Bulldogs won the doubles point by pulling out two close doubles matches in the loss.

Playing at No. 1 doubles, freshman Lindsay Clark and sophomore Jessica Rhee defeated Francine Whu and Vanessa Steiner 9-7. Junior Janet Kim and senior Lindsey Dashiell pulled out a 9-7 victory at No. 2 doubles.

In singles action, Kim defeated Steiner at No. 2 singles 7-5, 6-4. Playing at No. 3 singles, Clark rolled to a 6-0, 6-3 win over Cori Lefkowith

The Bulldogs will battle Syracuse next Saturday before heading out to Colorado and California for their annual spring trip.
