Bulldogs Breeze by Cal State Northridge 5-2

Yale conceded the number one doubles game to Cal State Northridge but won the number 2 and 3 matches to claim the double's point. The number 2 doubles team of Stephanie White and Olivia Nix beat their opponents 8-5, and the number 3 team of Reshmi Srinath and Rashmee Patil had a decisive 8-3 victory.
In singles play, Srinath struggled against Cal State Northridge's Silvia Gutierrez. Gutierrez won the first set 7-6, but Srinath countered with a strong comeback, completely shutting Gutierrez out of the second set. Gutierrez finally won the number 1 singles match 6-3 in the third set.
