Bulldogs Fall 4-3 To Columbia

NEW YORK, NY - The Yale women's tennis team dropped a heartbreaker to Columbia today in New York, 4-3. Despite wins in two of three doubles matches, the Bulldogs could not continue this momentum into singles, and dropped to 6-8 (1-2) on the season.
In addition to the doubles wins, another bright spot for the Bulldogs was No. 3 Janet Kim's straight set singles win. In singles, No. 1 Rashmee Patil dropped a tough match to Milena Kachar, losing the second and third sets 6-2 after winning the first.
Yale will attempt to bounce back against Cornell tomorrow in Ithaca at 12:00 p.m.
