New Haven, CT - Twins Ashley and Karlyn Martin were named first team All-Ivy in doubles, the league announced Wednesday. The seniors from Barrington, Ill. picked up nine wins at the No. 1 spot, including four in Ivy play, and helped the Bulldogs to a second-place finish in the league at 6-1. They were a unanimous selection.
Karlyn Martin was also named second team All-Ivy in singles, along with Christine Alford and Reshmi Srinath. Karlyn Martin had four Ivy wins in singles play and seven wins overall, playing mostly at the No. 2 spot. Alford was Yale's No. 1 singles player for most of the season, picking up seven wins overall and two in Ivy play. Srinath got 11 wins for the Bulldogs at the No. 3 spot.
