HANOVER, N.H. -- Kathryn Attar and Ellis DeJardin both had double-doubles to pace the Bulldogs to a 3-0 win at Dartmouth on Saturday evening. The victory marked Yale's ninth straight win to maintain a one-match lead in the conference standings heading into the final regular season weekend.
The scores of the match were 25-21, 25-23 and 26-24 as the Bulldogs improved to 17-4 overall and 11-1 in league play. Attar had had 16 kills, 12 digs and six blocks, while DeJardin had 12 kills and 10 digs while hitting .312 for the match.
Frances Arnautou had 37 assists and 17 digs to go with five blocks as Yale completed a weekend road sweep that included a win at Harvard last night. For the second straight night the Bulldogs held a double-digit edge in digs. Kate Swanson had a match-high 20 digs for the Bulldogs.
Yale returns to action next weekend to host Cornell on Friday and Columbia on Saturday. Prior to the match on Saturday, the Bulldogs will honor their seniors.
