2007-2008 - In cross-country, competed at Heps and NCAA Regionals...missed indoor track with a broken foot, but recovered to compete at Heps and ECACs outdoors...2006-2007 - Competed at the NCAA Regional Cross-country Championships...Indoors, qualified for ECACs in the mile, and ran a personal-best time of 4:58.53 there...Ran a split of 2:13 on the 4x800m relay that got second-place at indoor Heps, running the fastest time by a Yale team in 20 years (8:54)...Outdoors, competed at both Heps and ECACs, and ran on the team that competed against Oxford and Cambridge in England over the summer...2005-2006 - Ran in the Bulldogs' top five at Heps and the NCAA Regional Championships in cross-country...Competed at Heps and ECACs both indoors and outdoors...Ran a personal-best 4:38.05 in the 1500m at outdoor Heps...High School - Two-time runner-up at the Maryland State Cross-Country Meet...Cross-country captain of the team that won the State Championships and qualified for Nike Team Nationals...On the track, was the indoor 3200 3A State Champion and outdoor 1600m 3A State Champion.
