NEW HAVEN, Conn. - The Bulldogs had their only home meet this weekend against Harvard and Princeton. Cack Farrell of the Princeton Tigers came in first with a time 16:52.94. Lindsay Donaldson was the first Eli to cross the finish line in third place with a time of 17:19.66.
Yale, currently ranked No. 25 in the nation, had a strong showing in this weekend's meet. Katherine McKinstry, junior, and Bevin Peters, freshman, finished sixth and seventh, respectively. Sophomore Elizabeth Calle came in 16th, and junior Ashley Campbell finished 19th.
Yale finished with a total of 41 points, behind Princeton's 27 and in front of Harvard's 70 in the overall meet totals. Yale lost to Princeton in the dual meet records by a final score of 36-23. Harvard lost to Princeton by a final score of 44-19. Yale beat Harvard 20-41.
