NEW HAVEN, Conn. - After sweeping last weekend’s home meet, the Yale men's fencing team is ready for the Ivy League Round-Robins, which will be held at Princeton on Saturday and Sunday. Coming off such a successful meet, the Bulldogs are hopeful for another strong showing against opponents from around the Ivy League. Yale placed fourth last year, after impressive performances from Walter Musgrave who tied for fourth overall in men's saber, Aiden Ahn who tied for fifth in foil, and Isaac Shelanski, who took sixth in epee.
The Elis will be facing Columbia, Penn and Princeton, who tied for the championship last year, as well as Brown and Harvard.
Fencing begins at 10 a.m., and matches can be viewed on the Ivy League Network at http://www.ivyleaguenetwork.
