Gymnasts Prepare for Thursday’s George Washington Invitational

NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The Bulldogs, coming off a third-place finish at a tri-meet hosted by Towson with William & Mary, will compete again this Thursday at the George Washington Invitational in Washington, D.C. The meet will mark the first of two consecutive Bulldog-Colonials match ups, as the Bulldogs will face GW again at Towson along with Penn on Mar. 16.

Yale has yet to face GW in the 2012 season. The Colonials have scored as high as a 193.125 this season, compared to Yale's high of 190.825. Yale last faced GW in the 2010 competition season. At the meet, which was hosted by the University of Maryland, Yale fell to the Colonials 192.1-188.7

Competition is scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. in GW's Charles E. Smith Center.
